We first ordered a takeaway in 2021. From the description, we expected the shawarma meat/salad in a wrap and with chips. Instead we got chips, meat and salad mixed up in a box. Second time, 2022, this time we looked at the pictures. Clearly show the goods in a wrap with chips on the side, not the stuff dumped in a box. It was a takeaway so the place is excused from giving me plates and a chequered napkin. We ordered Chicken Shawarma and Chips, Mix Shawarma and Chips - see the photo. Again, both were provided as meat and salad dumped on chips in a box. The place needs to sort out it’s advertising and what it provides.

Food was fantastic but, I ordered the shawarma and chips meals, so I expected a stuffed chicken shawarma with a portion of chips, not a box filled with the contents of a shawarma and some chips at the bottom. When I asked the chefs they explained you have to ask for the wrap and to be fair they sorted me out with a couple of wraps to DIY my shawarma when I got home and a couple of cans of free juice. I think the online menu ordering system Is flawed. Apart from that the food was delicious albeit DIY’ed my wrap lol. Great bunch of chefs in the shop and they produce great food. Would defo go back again and again 👍🏼

Order was a complete shambles. Paid for🥸 a shawarma wrap & a box but arrived to collect and they I wraps available so was replaced with a box of chips we didn’t want or need and the curry sauce missing but was charged for both missing items! Definitely won’t be returning £30 for half a meal!

Ordered a sharwamma with fries and salad. Packed it out with salad very very little chicken. Very disappointing. Especially when your a new customer

Ordered online and turned up at right time to find out they had just given our order away to someone else. Waited another 20 minutes to have order remade. Portion size quite small so won’t be back again.
